How does beverage service work?

CincySips Experience Co. provides bar service, design, and full experience execution. Clients may supply their own alcohol, or we can coordinate and pre-purchase beer, wine, seltzers, and ready-to-drink options under 40 proof through our licensed carry-out permit. This allows for a seamless experience with everything properly sourced, chilled, and ready for service.

Is alcohol included in your pricing?

Bar services and alcohol are priced separately. Every experience is customized, and alcohol selections are tailored based on your event, guest count, and preferences.

Yes — we guide every client through the process. From curated selections to detailed shopping lists, we ensure you have exactly what you need for a smooth and well-executed event.

What types of events do you service?

CincySips Experience Co. designs bar experiences for weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and private gatherings. Each experience is tailored to the setting, aesthetic, and overall vision of the event.

Where are you located and do you travel?

We are based in Cincinnati, Ohio and regularly travel throughout the surrounding region. Travel for destination events may be available upon request.

Are you insured? What permits are required?

Yes- CincySips Experience Co. is fully insured with both liquor liability and general liability coverage. We operate as a licensed Ohio Limited Liability Company, and our team is trained and certified through the state. We work closely with venues to provide any required documentation. Permit requirements vary by venue and event type. We’re happy to guide you through what’s needed for your specific event.

Do you rent your bars?

Our bars are designed to be part of a full experience, but select rental options are available depending on the setting. For venues with insured, in-house bartending staff, our bars may be rented as a standalone installation. For private property events, our team is required to manage service to ensure a seamless and elevated experience.

Do you offer self-serve options?

To ensure quality, safety, and a seamless guest experience, all beverage service is managed by our team. For more flexible formats, we offer alternatives such as batched beverage delivery (see store front) and pre-designed service styles that allow for efficient and elevated guest flow.
