Galentine’s Day Cocktail Recipes

We loved designing this styled bar for last year’s Galentine’s event at Vessel Collective —from the custom bar-front fabrication to the Valentine’s garnishes and all the pink-perfect details (chef’s kiss). It was a sip experience made to swoon.

Want to recreate it at home? These two fan-favorite pours stole the show:

🍓 The “Slay-Girl-Slay” Lemonade Spritz: Add 1.5 oz vodka, 3 oz Simply Lemonade, and 1 oz strawberry simple syrup to a glass, then top with S. Pellegrino Essenza or sparkling water. Finish with a lemon wheel, fresh strawberry, and a little edible glitter or candy heart.

🚗 The “Shush Sis—I’m Drivin’” Mocktail: Mix 3 oz Simply Lemonade with 1 oz strawberry simple syrup, top with sparkling water, and garnish just like the cocktail—because mocktails should still feel special.
